I’d like to think that good starts don’t just happen during the New Year. I think it’s important that we start every day in a good manner so that we can be more productive all year long, rather than just riding on the high of a brand new calendar year. And to be able to do that, I believe we have to start our day with a good breakfast. I’ve mentioned time and time again how breakfast is my favourite meal of the day.
